1. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Open-Box and Refurbished Products

Open-box, refurbished, and previously opened products may have minor cosmetic imperfections, as disclosed in their product descriptions. These products are eligible for returns under the same 30-day policy, subject to the conditions above.

Products received damaged, defective, or materially different from their descriptions are eligible for return or an appropriate resolution.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  4. Securely package the product with its accessories and components.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received:

  • We will inspect the returned product within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, OpenBox Deals will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to buyer preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. If the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded.
